Why Does The World Cry?

Why does the world cry?
All of its grievous pourings,
Drizzles and sprinklings
It must have a reason
Of its endless cascades.

Why does it cease
Even when it seems
It's sorrow is eternal
And it's turmoil everlasting

Why does the sky scream
And shout
Over such a thing
As small as the world's tears?

The sea of blue that hangs above
Sits unnoticed by the world beneath
With all our hustling and bustling
And mumbles and grumbles
It only gets tired of the grief it has known.

So I ask again:
Why do the heavens cry?
And why does the sky scream?

Because even the celestials
Have their limits
When all the world refuses to know
The good and kindness it presents
And the people only remember the darkness
It has shown.
