i'm done
no more binging.
no more craving.
no more cheating.
no more excuses.
period.
i'm sick of being fat.
i'm sick of being ugly
i'm sick of being flawed.
i will be thin.
i will be beautiful.
i will be perfect.

i've made a decision. i won't stop the pain
is necessary, especially the pain of hunger.
it reassures me that i'm strong. I can
withstand anything. i'm NOT a sieve to my body.
