Harry's poem about Stella(1)

66 7 2

Innocent doe eyes and a plastered on smile.

A look so decieving that it ends up leaving

you blissfully unaware of the train of thought inhabiting

the mind of the girl everyone underestimated

but never took the time to know

. Screwed over, socially sober.

She's had enough of the innocence,

ready to leave it at the door,

not wanting to be Miss. Innocent anymore.

Pain caused by the one she calls dad,

who would have guess she had problems like that?

An absent mother,

sometimes is worse than being smothered,

who seems not to care,

just wanting to get Stella out of her hair.

How was she dealt these cards?

It isn't fair.

A spirit so happy and a mind so pure,

you would think her a dream,

that is what she seems.

Never complaining,

so very forgiving.

A perfect person to me.
