Stress is a huge part of life. It doesn't wait for us to be ready for it. Stress comes when we least expect it and sometimes leaves a mess in it's wake. There is one thing that you need to remember when you get stressed, ask for help, whether it is from a friend, family member, teacher, therapist, or even praying. Asking for help does NOT make you weak, it makes you human.
