Last year, during the summer of 2016, I participated in an event called the "Chalk Walk" that takes place during my city's annual 3 Rivers Day Festival.
Since I love drawing dragons and adorkable characters from a certain anime, I decided to combine the two.
It's the dragonized version of Shin-ah from the anime/manga series known as Akatsuki no Yona/Yona of the Dawn. The event takes place downtown, so I was freaked out when night came. The first pic is all I did before leaving after day one. Oh, that's a 4x4 square btw, in case you were wondering how big it was.
(Please excuse this big blank space; idk why it's here. It's better reading this chapter by scrolling.)
Day two was FREAKING HOT. =_=
I got sunburnt, (lol) but it was worth it.
I wish I could have added more detail to the dragon. =3= This was an 'in progress' photo, btw. The final piece is below.(ISN'T HE BOOTIFUL? *^*)
Personally, I thought the sidewalk test looked better, even though the only thing drawn was a head. The two Japanese characters in the top right corner should spell out "Seiryuu".What do you guys think I should draw this year?
