'Knock Knock.' "Gwen?"
"No, Jack."
"Oh, go away.. Jack."
Sidney was in her room with her bed blocking her closed door. Jack tried to open it. "Sid, open the door." there was no answer "please, i want to talk" still no answer. "Fine, just listen. I'm sorry i said you should move away and loose contact with me. I know your only 14 but sometimes i forget. What i asked you to do was not okay and I'm sorry. Just please let me in."
Jack heard the scrape on the floor as Sid pulled her bed away from her door. Jack opened it and saw Sid sitting on her bed facing away from the door. Jack went over, sat on the bed next to her and turned her round. Her face was red and blotchy were she had been crying. He hugged her and she started to cry. "I love you dad and I've missed you."
"I love you too Sid and I've missed you too" Jack had to stop himself from crying aswell. From the door Gwen watched.
"Right i should go back up" Jack said after about 5 minutes of crying and hugging by this time Gwen had left so neither of them knew she had been there. " You can come up now or you can stay down here for a bit but you know where i am."
" yeah i think ill stay down here for a bit."
" okay."
