(SoulxKid) Blind Date

"Maka! Can you do me a favor?" Soul called out. Maka walked into the room.

"Whatcha need Soul?" She asked. Soul seemed a bit nervous.

"Could you...askoutKidforme?" He asked quickly. Maka smirked.

"Say that again, I couldn't hear you."

Soul sighed, "Could you, Maka Albarn, ask out Kid for me?" Maka raised her eyebrows.

"Well, now I know who's bottom in the relationship." She giggled. Soul glared.

"Where did you get that logic? One of your textbooks?" He stated sarcastically. Maka got pissed.

"MAKAA-CHOP!" She exclaimed and hit him over the head. Soul's face smashed into the coffee table.

"OWWW! Baka that hurt!" He groaned. Maka then had an idea.

"I know what you should do to get Kid on your lips!" She smiled. Soul perked up. "Make him jealous!" She exclaimed.

"Wh-What do you mean?" Soul asked.

"Go on a blind date with someone!" She smiled.

*meanwhile at the Gallows Manor*

"Liz, you cannot be serious. I'm not going on a blind date." Kid groaned. Liz and Maka have had a plan to get Soul and Kid together.

"Yup! I already set it up. You two will meet in the park down the street." She explained. She also told him to dress nice and get flowers. Kid was reluctant, but he would do anything to get Soul.

"Okay, okay, I'll go. But if this doesn't work..." He was interrupted by Liz.

"It'll work. Trust me. We're family remember." She smiled. Liz and Patti were like the sisters he never had.

He smiled and walked up to his room. He opened his closet and pondered on what suit to wear. He groaned loudly. "Is this what girls do?" He then heard giggling from outside.

"Ya need some help Kiddo?" Patti giggled. Kid sighed.

"Yes. I'm going on a blind date and I have no idea what to wear." He sighed. Patti smiled. She ran up to his closet and pulled out a pitch black suit. Kid's face lit up. It was perfectly symmetrical and it looked classy as all hell.

"It's perfect!" He smiled and put it on. He had to admit, he looked hot. Liz ran upstairs and gave Kid a bouquet of white and red roses.

"Now go before you're late!" Liz exclaimed. Kid walked out of the manor and walked towards the park. His hands were shaking.

"Why am I nervous?" He whispered to himself. He got to the park and he saw no one there. He sighed and sat on a bench.

Soul was holding a black bouquet of roses. He was confused on why Maka gave these to him. But it all made sense he saw his date...the one and only Death the Kid. His eyes widened and he slowly walked up to him.

"H-Hey Kiddo." He stuttered. The young shinigami looked up.

"S-Soul?!" He exclaimed. He blushed immensely.

"You look great. Here, I got these for you." Soul smirked and handed Kid the perfectly symmetrical roses.

"H-How did you know?" Kid asked cutely.

"Lucky guess." Soul lied. Maka was behind a tree about to give him a Maka-chop but Liz stopped her.

"Don't ruin this moment!" She whisper/yelled. Maka slowly lowered the book.

"Next time he steals credit for something he's gonna get a book up his..." Maka started.

"Maka! Language!" Tsubaki scolded from the background.

Soul and Kid were stuttering and blushing like idiots. There was an awkward silence.

"I can't take it anymore. You are fucking adorable!" Soul exclaimed. His face went even more red. He accidentally said that outloud. Kid turned into an innocent chocolate muffin.

"I-I a-am?!" He stammered, his face a bright red. Soul couldn't take it. He wrapped his arms around Kid's waist and pulled him close to him.

"I love you death dammit." Soul admitted. 

Kid smiled, "I love you too." Soul smiled widely and rested his forehead on Kids. His golden eyes meeting crimson.

Soul's lips met Kid's and they kissed passionately.

*timeskip*

"...and that Kira, is how I fell in love with your mother." Soul smiled. His five year old daughter asked him about it. Kid poked his head in the room.

"I'm male by the way." He said.

"Sure, sure whatever floats your boat sweetie." Soul smirked.

"How did you two meet? I wanna know that story!" She giggled. Soul smirked.

"So you want to know how your mom was a dick?" He smirked.

"You're sleeping on the couch tonight." Kid scolded.
