~China's POV~
~Valentine's Day~
"N-Nihon, aru!!!" I called out to the short Japanese man. He turned around, his black hair swaying in the wind.
"Hai? What is it that you called me here, Chuugoku-san?" he asked as I blushed and looked down at my feet.
"C-can you help me with something, aru?"
"What is it?"
"Um..." I twiddled with my thumbs and answered weakly. "Can I practice asking (Name) out on you, aru?"
"Wh-why me?!"
"B-because you know (Name) better than anyone else because you guys love anime so much, aru!! I would ask the Allies to help, but... You know..."
I didn't need to finish. France would take it too seriously and end up trying to pull something, England and America would laugh at me, and Russia would stalk me more. God, my team are such immature children.
"F-fine. I'll try my best to try and respond the way I think she would and you respond the way you would if she rejects or accepts, okay? We'll start with rejection."
"Aiya, why, aru?!?!"
"To prepare you for your options!!" Japan tried not to shout too loudly. Currently, we're at the garden in school where, luckily, only the Gardening Club went to. "Now calm down and try asking me out."
"O-okay..." I blushed and thought of (Name). "(N-Name)?"
"Yes?" Japan responded in a girly voice.
"AIYA!!! SHE DOES NOT SOUND LIKE THAT, ARU!!"
"Just go with it!!"
"Ugh, fine, aru."
"(Name)?"
"Yes?" Japan continued in his girly voice.
"D-do you want to... G-go out with me, aru?"
"I'm sorry Chuugoku-san, but I don't feel the same way."
"Okay, I understand, aru."
"Can we still be friends?"
"S-sure, aru."
"Okay, let's try acceptance."
I sighed. "Right, aru. (Name), would you go out with me?"
Japan sighed and said, "Don't say her name, just ask."
"Shut up, aru!!"
"Do you want help or not?"
Sighing again, I nodded my head. "Please, aru. I really like her and I want to ask her out."
"Alright, try again."
Nodding, I took a step further and grabbed his hands into mine, staring into his brown orbs. "Would you go out with me, aru? I've known you for so long and I-I've developed feelings for you the past years. Please, I need to know, aru... Will you go out and make me the happiest man alive, aru?"
"Ch-Chuugoku-san I-I... Yes!!"
I smiled and hugged him in happiness that he help me.
But it all changed with we heard a small sniff and the drop of something soft. Japan and I whipped our heads around and saw (Name) standing there with wind, teary eye staring at the two of us with my arms wrapped around the petite Japanese man and her hands, which had band aids on her slim finders, covering her mouth slightly.
"(N-Name)!! H-how much did you hear and how much have you heard, aru?!" I cried out in surprise.
"Enough to know that you guys are now going out..."
"Wh-what?! N-no you've got it all wrong, aru!! I-I was just--"
"I-I'm sorry to have disturb you guys," she managed with a small bow and ran off.
"(N-Name)!!!"
I looked down and saw a stuffed panda plushy holding a heart that said, 'Wo Ai Ni, Zhongguo' in Chinese characters. Observing it, the stiches were slightly off all around.
'Did she make this? She even bothered to learn "I Love You, China" in Chinese,' I thought but was suddenly pulled back into reality when Japan called out to me.
"Chuugoku-san, you should go after (Name). Before it's too late," he suggested and without hesitation, I ran after my beloved (Name), clutching her hand-sewn panda to my chest.
'(Name), please!! Where are you?! ((//I'm not gay!!//))'
