"Ludah"! I cried as I crawled over to his body. I cradled him in my arms and rocked him not caring about the blood. I kissed his forehead and continued to cry. Royale noticed my affection and got even more pissed. He raised the gun up at me, but couldn't find himself to pull the trigger. Instead, he just stormed out of the pent house angrily and yelled for everyone to clean up his mess. The soldiers shook their heads at me as I cried. Some even showed me a little compassion since Royale wasn't in the room. They took Ludah's body and left me in the pent house crying. I took a cab back to my town house because I knew that I couldn't stay with Royale tonight after all that just happened. Life was being shitty to me at the moment and I didn't have this to do.

Ludah's funeral had been real depressing. It was held a week after he was killed. Chelsea had showed up and it was awkward to have her there. She just starred at me with anger in her eyes as if it were my fault he was dead. I saw my baby one last time before they closed the casket and buried him.

I cried as they lowered the casket into the ground. It was allot of emotions behind my black shades. I starred at the tomb stone wishing that it could've been me under there instead of him. His whole family showed up to pay their respects. The whole five hours had been the most depressing moment of my life. I didn't go to his mothers house for the dinner because they barley knew me, but yet Chelsea was spreading rumors around saying that I was the bitch who got Ludah killed. She would show people the bullet wound that I put in her leg years ago and would say that I was dangerous and led Ludah to his death bed. I was so tired of Chelsea's shit that I waited for her the next day. I dressed in sweat pants and a hoodie and made sure my face was covered. When she walked out of her house, I jumped on her and beat her until I got tired. She knew who it was that did it to her, but she didn't have proof that it was me because my face was covered. The bitch shouldn't have talked all of that shit and since she did, it landed her into the hospital again.
After dealing with Chelsea for the second time, I was feeling real down about myself. I was sitting in the living room of my town house sipping my coffee when I heard a knock at the door. I wondered how all of these niggas knew about my place. I went to answer it and there stood Gin. He looked real sad and depressed like he had been crying. "Gin...........what's wrong"? I asked motioning for him to come inside. He stepped into my home and I closed the door behind him. He didn't even bother to sit down. "Gin". I said wanting him to reply.
"Royale". He said. "Royale is dead".
"Wait, you can't be serious". I said not wanting to cry over another death.
"Faustin finally got to him. They shot him up and set his car on fire". Gin let more tears roll down his face as he looked down. "Royale has a will and theres something for you in it". I couldn't believe my ears. After all of that wishing and praying, Royale did end up leaving me some shit. "I came to pick you up and take you back to the pent house so you can see what's all on it". I nodded my head not knowing how to respond. I went up the stairs and had Gin waiting as I took a shower, threw on a short, tight fitting black sun dress, and black, shiny stilettos. I put on a fragrance from Baby Phat and I let my weave fall down my back like a waterfall, then I grabbed my black Coach purse and swung it over my shoulder. I left the town house and hopped in the back seat of Gin's car. We drove from Venice to Santa Monica and when we got to the pent house, I was surprised to see all of Royale's niggas already there. They weren't talking, but they were sitting around looking sad. I walked in the room making their heads pop up at me. Gin followed close behind and went to Royale's desk. He pulled out a sandy piece of paper, got comfortable in Royale's chair, and unfolded it. I was so eager to know what was on it that I was jumping from foot to foot. Gin read over it, then his eyes widened as he looked up at me.
"What, what? What is it"? I asked.
"Royale really loved you". Gin said.
"Why? What's it say"? I asked.
"It says he left you................everything". I stopped jumping and just stood there blankly.
"Everything? Are you sure"? I asked.
"There's no one else's name on here, but yours. It says he left you his postition as Chairman of the Crown Royal Liquor Agency. His house in the Hills, all of his money in his remaining accounts, his anchor men if they want to work, and his place in the game, but a million goes to his baby mothers each". I just stood there not excited anymore. I hadn't fully taken in all of this information. Gin put the paper down and looked up at me. I could feel all of Royale's soldier's eyes on me. "I guess he really trust you to hold things down". Gin said. I looked up at him. "Diamond, you know he's not from LA right"? I shook my head no. I didn't know where Royale was from or who his family was. I couldn't believe that I had been in a relationship with someone for three years and knew nothing about this person."Well he's from Florida and he has a house out in Miami. He used to hustle there before he moved here. He got money stashed away down there too. Royale also owns a helicopter. He has a guy named Larry that he pays to take him everywhere. Your the complete owner of all of Royale's things now. If you wanna hold down the game then you have allot of decision making to do especially when it comes to Crown Royal liquor". I listened to Gin's words then a smile grew on my face. I was now rich as I wanted to be. I was a millionaire and the first thing I did was look around at all of Royale's soldiers who were now my soldiers.
"Okay we're going to change a few things around here. Yall can talk and do whatever yall want as long as yall work faithfully, got my back, protect me well, and don't fuck me over". I said making them smile. "Second..............we're moving to Miami". The room fell dead ass silent. "I want yall to follow me". I said,
"But Diamond. We got life's here". One man said.
"And families". Said another.
"Well yall can stay then. Who ever wants to leave is more than welcome to come". I said.
"Diamond, do I have to repeat myself"? Gin asked. "Royale had been hustlin' out in Miami for a long time. He got niggas down there that'll work for you easy". Another smile grew on my face. Royale had everything in order for him to pass the game onto me. I felt powerful. I went over to Royale's desk and watched as Gin got out of the chair. I sat down and propped my feet up showing off my tall heels and shiny caramel legs. I was on some queen shit and I was loving it. I over looked all of the men with a smile on my face. I was officially a drug Lord. I had did what I came here to do.
