She went to Mystic Falls for a brief meeting with her distant relative— Connor. When she heard that he was killed by a certain vampire, Elena Gilbert, not knowing she will be tangled in another supernatural feud.
She tried to kill that particular vampire, but was stopped by the blonde Original, Niklaus Mikaelson. Never she would have thought that she would experience love, as well as her first ever heartbreak.
From that moment on, she fled. Danielle Gustanni, the famous vampire hunter, fled.
Years passed until she got a phone call by her werewolf bestfriend, Hayley Marshall, that she got impregnated by her ex-lover, Niklaus Mikaelson. She went back to the place she dreaded the most, New Orleans, to protect and support the certain werewolf.
