Upside Down

I'm Jenna. I'm the perfect girl with a perfect life and the most perfect friends.... Until now. My life had turned upside down right before my eyes, and it all started at school. Here's how it started, "Hi Jenna!", the sweet voice of my BFF Sam, "Oh hey Sam!". "Ready for the bus?" "Yup, I'm ready whenever you are". This is always how my morning starts. " What class do you have first Jen?" "Oh umm... I don't know.... Let me check". How embarrassing! I always fool up on my schedule but this time... IT WAS BAD! "Oh umm..... I don't have my schedule! Oops!" "What do you mean oops? You forgot your schedule?" "Well....yes" "Oh my gosh Jen! Ha, I'm so sorry for you, is there anything I can do for you?" "No, I'll be fine, don't worry about me!" "Oh, the bus is here!". We walked onto the bus and sat down. "So anything new?" "Nope, how about you?" "Nah, I got nothing" "Oh, are you busy today?" "No, I'm free as a bird today, nothing to do" "Well, maybe we could hang out after school today, remember we were planning on making a tree house?" "Oh yeah! We could go to the hard wear store or," "Sam, my dad is a construction worker, he has a bunch of wood  we could use" "Oh, sorry I forgot about that".  For about 2 minutes it was dead silence. "Hey! We're here already! That was so fast!". Sam is always so exited about things. We are complete opposites but I still love her! She's more on the girly girl side and I'm more on the tomboy side. "Bye, see you in algebra class!" "Bye Sam, see you there!". I was walking all around school. The weird thing is, I've been there ever since kindergarten and now I'm in Grade 9! I went into a class when I heard my name, "Jenna, is Jenna here today class?" I swooped trough the door and into the classroom yelling "I'm here!". I stared at the class and then realized..... I was in the grade 2 classroom! "Oh sorry to bother you miss. Williams, it's just, I'm... I'm lost!". There it was, I blurted it out to everyone..... I was lost. "Oh sweetheart, what class are you looking for?" Miss. Williams was so nice and thoughtful, I'm really glad I ran into her class instead of Miss.Bruno, she was the most strict teacher in the school. "Oh, I'm looking for science class". "Children, I'm going to leave you for a few minutes, I expect you all to behave well". In that second all I heard was "YES MISS. WILLIAMS,". She lead me to my classroom and explained to my science teacher why I'd been late for class. At lunch time an announcement came on saying that it was a half day and when we heard the lunch bell everyone could go home. Me and Sam walked home from the bus together. "So can I come over?" "I just texted my mom, she said no because she needs to have a talk with me and Violet". Violet is my older sister and just to tell you.... She is SUPER ANNOYING! "Oh ok, see you tomorrow I guess, bye Jen" "Bye Sam". I hated to see Sam upset. She's such a nice and happy person that it breaks my heart to see her sad. I went home and sat down on the couch. "Girls, we have something to tell you," my parents sat down next to us as they continued, "This was me and your fathers idea even though we know your gunna be a bit upset". I sat there terrified, thinking "what is it? Is it really bad? Did someone die?". I didn't show it, I just sat there and listened. "We're..... We're moving". My mouth dropped to the floor, " Mom! We can't move, this... this is my home, all my friends are here, all the precious memories". I couldn't believe what I just heard. Just like that, my whole world had just turned UPSIDE DOWN.
