The original idea for this novel was created back in 2014 when I was in the 8th grade. The story was written horribly and 2016 was the year I took the idea and reformed it into something with more depth. Normally I keep my stories to myself, only allowing a few select people to read them but this year I became more confident with my writing and allowed more and more people to read snippets of it. Many of my friends (you know who you are) encouraged me to publish this and I'd like to thank them personally for giving me that extra push.
