~Dark Lillie~ chapter eleven

~Six Week Later~

"Are you sure your okay Niall?" I ask as I finish feeding Marley and laying her down in her crib. He shakes his head yes trying to give me a reassuring smile but I can see right through him. Something's up. Ever since that day we got back from the hospital he's been acting so weird. Like nervous, on guard all the time. But everytime I would ask him if something was going on he'd brush it off as nothing or change the subject. I just sigh when he gives me a nod.

"Niall honestly cut the bullshit." He looks up at me a bit tense.

"Its nothing you need to worry about babe." he says getting up and going down stairs. I follow him out to the porch where he lights a cigarette.

"Then why cant you just tell me?"

"Because Lillie. Its okay. Everything is okay."

I'm about to argue farther with him when a car pulls up. Niall stands up but relaxes a little when he sees its just Harry. Well I take that back he gets a bit pissed to see since he's not exactly a big fan. I didn't really care though. I was happy to see Hazza.

"Harry!" I smile hugging him. He kisses my cheek hugging back.

"Hey Lil, you look great!"

I'm about to say something when Niall interjects.

"Yeah, she always does." He glares pulling me closer to him. I roll my eyes at him a bit embarrassed by his behavior. Harry just puts his hands up in surrender.

"I didn't come here to start anything mate, I just wanted to see little Marls,"

"What?" Niall asks sharply. Harry looks confused. "Marls? You gave my daughter a nickname?

Still being very confused harry answers, "Yes?"

"Well don't.'

"Niall don't be ridiculous." I say looking at harry apologetic. "Marls is very cute Harry, come on, she's sleeping right now, you can see her nursery." I pull harry upstairs with me with a cranky Niall following behind. Marley was still sound asleep but Harry still got to see her.

"She's gorgeous Lillie," He smiles his dimpled smile at her then me. "Just like her mother,"

I cant help but blush and thank him. Niall on the other hand doesn't like Harry's generous comments too much.

"Yeah my girlfriend is very gorgeous isn't she Harry," He says snaking an arm around my waist. I look up at him angry.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't meaning, I just meant....okay maybe I should go..."

"No, Harry don't go because Niall is acting like an ass,"

"No, really, I don't want to start anything, it was really nice seeing though Lillie. Bye Marls, " He blows a kiss to her then gives me a week smile walking out. I glare at Niall who is smugly watching Harry walk out.

"What the fuck was that?"

"What?"

"Don't play dumb you were acting like a jackass!"

"He was flirting with you right in front of me!"

"You are unbelievable he was being nice!"

"God your so stupid sometimes Lillie! He was flirting!" I'm a bit hurt by his words but my anger is stronger right now.

"And sometimes you can be condescending asshole who needs to calm the fuck down sometimes!"

"Can we not do this in Marley's room please!"
