Daston's mouth watered, seeping and spilling over in crude. Pasty film made home; webbed in and stringy, attaching lips, staining ivoried teeth. Something kept steady buzz in ears, thrumming on high; leaking out in nasty tune. This high had him curled, a balled festering of man gone over sharp edge, and he blamed Kherrigan.
