Missing

She was everywhere I looked... On the milk carton, Tv, the Newspaper and all over town. A week turned into a month, and we still hadn't found her. She must have left town, people everywhere tell me they are so sorry. Why are they sorry, it's not like they kidnapped her!Right?
   What if someone did? I ran over to the police station. "OFFICER, I THINK CLAIR WAS KIDNAPPED!" I yelled across the room. He took my note into affect, he then sent out a message across Texas about Clair. "Thank you-" he implied for my name. "Josie, Josie Tyler." I stated proudly.
        A fax came in, I held my breath, the officer took me to the machine. "FALSE ALARM EVERYONE, just a report of a lost dog!" My heart sank. Clair should be here, she would never leave me or John or her family. I looked at the picture, I gasped, "Jo Jo?" This was Clair's dog, he always followed Clair around! Clair must have come back to get him! Right? I told the police. The hunt had begun.
