"I HATE THIS! Why can't I go out and hang out with my friends, it's not my fault you hurt yourself, you always put this job before your own family!", Cole yelled furiously. "Watch your mouth Cole or you won't see the light of day let alone your friends", his spat. "It doesn't matter anymore, I won't have friends since I'm forced to help around here for the rest of my life, you know what you and this shop can kiss my ass", Cole scream at his father. He stormed out of the upper part of the building (which was his house) and exited the car shop. Cole cranked up his beat up jeep and left his home trying to get his mind off of things. Oak Brooke were the words plastered across the gravled stone, indicating that a neighborhood was near. He drove up to this big mansion that had millions of cars parked around it, with loud music to match. He slammed his door wanting to party so hard, that he would forget all his problems. When Cole opened the door, the smell of alcohol hit his nose immediatly. Sweat glistened on the people who were dancing and the flashing lights made it unbearable to keep you eyes open. "Hey, you look tense relax, have a drink", the red head girl said. "Should I?" Cole wanted an escape and there it was, placed in a glass bottle presented by a ginger. He took it out of the girls hand and drank his first beer. It felt like a buzzing sensation, not knowing whether to spit it out because of the bitter taste or jug it down.

About 4 bottles in, he was stumbling his way out of the party. He was hollow like the bottles that he drank."Watch where you're going!", the guy motioned. "Whatever man", Cole said drunk. He barely made it to his car and forgot for a split second how to crank the car up. He thought it was best he got home before his parents start to worry, so he drove faster than usual to get there. The roads were isolated and quiet, the stars he was under made it hard to get angry again. He might have been drunk but he looked up at the sky and in that moment everything was alright again. It was beautiful the way he thought deeply about everything he loved. It was calm......then the storm! BOOM! all that was heard was screeching tires, glass shattering, and all that was seen was a body. Cole took a blow to the head but that didn't stop him from getting out of the car. He ran to see if the person was ok but, once he saw all that blood he panicked. He started swearing up and down,he reapented and prayed to God, and he even cried. If he thought working at his dad's car shop would ruin his life then jail shouldn't be a problem. "WHAT DID I DO?" "It was an accident, but no one would believe that." "I just killed a man and now he's dead."Cole freaked and hastily got into his car. He drove away burning rubber, and in the rear view mirror, he could see the dead body that was face down on the road. Cole beat the wheel repeatedly and couldn't believe he just left.

He arrived home and parked outside the shop. He came into his house and found that his parents were asleep. It was 2:30 a.m so he was relieved his parents were asleep. Cole retreated into his room and started to pace back and forth. He had to tell himself to come back to reality, so he washed his clothes and took a long shower. He stood in his shower staring at the same tile and said over and over again, "It's ok, it's ok, it's ok, it's ok, I'm ok". That night he vowed never to say anything to anyone. Not about him getting drunk, or him killing an innocent man, and not even the beautiful night sky he couldn't resist staring at.
