First Meeting

Running back and forth,

Waiting for queues,

But in reality

All they wanted ,

Was to see each other

Without being separated

by a split screen

And so it happened,

as they both turned :

He was looking at her

And she was staring back,

Both overwhelmed with emotions

And she tears up,

And for 10 seconds

It all seemed surreal

But then they lost contact

When the partition came between

Both frustrated

And both thinking :

"My tears are real."
