Emily's pov
It was May just graduated high school I live with Cassie and Henry now because my parents on there way back from the airport on the trip when I was 13 got hit by a semi and died almost instantly and I just wanted to live with my best friend they let me. It's my 18th birthday in 2 days and Cassie is throwing a huge pool surprise party but she's never been good at keeping secrets I heard her on the phone talking to Henry about it. It's 10 on a Wednesday and I don't know what to do so I go down stairs to the living room were I see Henry on the couch with just boxers on oh man he looks cute god I can't think that I have a boyfriend who I love jack we've been dating for about a year and I've been fighting my feelings for Henry the whole time. I decide he should probably get up since I think he has work today. So I shake him he says
"I'm up I'm up" I just look at him and smile he looks at me and asks "what time is it"
"10:15 I thought maybe you have to go to work today"
"I got it off"
"why are you sleeping on the couch anyway"
" me and Angie got in a fight." That's his wife
" what was it about"
"I can't tell you"
"why"
" you'll tell Cassie"
"no I won't"
"ok well I've been developing feelings for someone else and she found out when we were having sex and I said the girls name and not hers she started yelling at me and I told her I have been developing feelings for someone else"
" did she hear the whole name"
"yeah she heard me say Emma" "who's Emma"
"someone who's already taken"
" oh ok"
"well I'm gonna take a shower bye princess"
