Chapter 2

Lukes POV

"So Joel how do you think we should choose a winner. We did say that we would announce this morning."

"Maybe we should just pick a random one by clicking on one of the photos. I'll grab my phone and we can choose and announce it."

"Good idea."

Adleys POV 

I wake up before the alarm even goes off this morning...I'm just way to excited. I check my phone for any notifications and I see I have none. Phooey I thought. They haven't announced the winner yet.

 I decide I should probably get up and get dressed for the day and try to see if my hair is even manageable. Some of my friends tease me about my super curly brown hair, they always say I must get it just from loving Luke, because no one in my family has hair like that. Occasionally I don't mind their teasing but it mostly bothers me, Mainly because I want to know where it comes from too. 

After I finish trying to work through my hair and getting dressed I go out into the kitchen and see my mom has left me a note saying she and dad had to run into work together and will be back later, but she did make me pancakes to make it up to me. 

With Dad and Mom gone I had the house to myself, besides our cat Shine. I realize the fact and run into my room while stuffing a pancake in my mouth and grab my phone with the speaker. I set up the speaker in the living room in the living room and put on Run Wild. Live Free. Love Strong. The anniversary edition. I check my phone one more time before heading to the kitchen to grab a pancake and saw four new notifications...I screamed and dropped my phone.
