Marina's POV
I got up early to me breakfast. Pancakes for celebration of the newfound garde member. I noticed Two asleep on the couch but I guess Adam went to his room. I started pulling out ingredients, reciting them to my self.
"Eggs, flour, and-" "Pancake mix and milk." A soft voice finished. I turned to see Maggie standing behind me. "Thanks. Morin'" I said, flicking the oven on. "I liked to cook." She muttered. "Mhm" I said. She walked away. Soon everyone was up and eating. Maggie finished quickly and curled up on the couch. Adam sat down and just said, "She wasn't going to stab anyone. She was asleep. Anyway I trust her."
Eight barked a laugh. "You and Nine only trust her because she's hot." Nine choked on his food, "She's just trustful. Its just a bonus that she's hot. And she wasn't faking sleep." I sat down and joined the conversation, "She's truthful. Discussion over." "Hey I'm right here." I heard Maggie call. "We know. Now shut up." Nine yelled harshly. I glanced at Maggie and saw that she looked hurt. She got up and just said, "I'm going outside for a little bit." She ran out the door. Eight got up and started out the door after her.
