Murderer Or Not?

It was 10:00 am in the morning when Mikay's mother made breakfast. She called to Mikay " sweetie breakfast is ready" but she got no answer.  Normally she would rush down so her mom went to her room. She was still sleeping. Her mom said " hmm that's odd, she's normally up by now". So her mom just said "Mikay it's time to wake up" no answer so she lifted the covers that felt a bit damp. With shock in her eyes and a heavy mouth that just dropped with shock. Mikay's bed was covered in blood and she wasn't even in her bed there we're pillows there instead. Her mother felt so sick inside that she felt nausious she went to the washroom ( upstairs) but it was locked. So she had a key under the carpeted floor that's held down with screws that has enough space for fingers she unlocked the door. There was blood everywhere, the tub filled with blood water.  It had a body. That body was Mikayla Thomas dead in the tub. Her mother fell instantly to the floor with tears saying to her self " why didn't I hear my baby screaming and crying". Tobias ( Mikay's brother) heard his mom crying and came upstairs and said " mom what's wro" he finished his sentence in shock. He saw his dead sister. His dad has already left for work. The both of the clueless called 911. About 20 minutes has passed and the cops came and put down those yellow markers with numbers on them starting from the bedroom to the bathroom.
