Mika's POV
Uh.... What's.... That... Noise... I open my eyes and guess what I see. I see Thomas shaking Ara's bed.
Thomas: GUMISING KA NA!!!!! ARA!!!!! BABE!!!!
Ara immediately sits straight and looks at him with her Look of Doom. Oh no. Wrong move.
Ara: LECHE. ANG INGAY INGAY MO! KITANG NATUTULOG YUNG TAO. BAKIT KA BA ANDITO HA?
Thomas: Eh... You guys promised me that you'll accompany us today. Sabi niyo ni Mits game kayo.
Nako yan nanaman yung paawa effect neto ni Tomasino, ang kaiisang weakness neto ni Bes. He steps away from her. Bet he got scared. Under talaga tong bestfriend ko na to. Ever since they won the championship, madalas dalas na yung pag punta nila dito. Unlike before na pupunta lang sila dito kung trip lang nila. Pero ngayon, pag pumupunta sila dito and we'll ask why.... They'll always say 'Wala. Namiss lang namin kayo.' Ang cheesy diba?
Ara: T-Teka, anong date na?
Thomas: December 20 2012 babe
Ara: DECEMBER 20??????!!!!!
Ara's eyes opened wide as if she just remembered something. And out of the blue, she hugged Thomas who was sitting on the floor which caused him--- wait no. Them. Which caused them to fall on the ground.
Ara: Oh so that's why you're here! Sorry, I forgot. Sorry. Sorry.
Thomas smiled and hugged her back.
Thomas: Sabi na ba makakalimutan mo. That's why we went here.
Mika: We?
Thomas: Yeah. I'm with Je----
And just on cue, Jeron entered the room.
Jeron: Why are you guys taking so long?
His eyes shifted to the lovebirds hugging on the floor.
Jeron: Oh. That's why. Sabi na ba ako nalang dapat gumising sakanila.
He laughed. And just like that, I was energized. Hearing his laugh completes me. Hearing his laugh --- Okay, now I'm being cheesy. You're a hypocrite Mika Reyes. A hypocrite who's in love with this --- "Ouch!"
Jeron: Tulala ka nanaman kasi. Umagang umaga pinagmamasdan mo ako.
They laughed. I laughed too. But they were laughing at me. Not with me. There he goes again with that laugh. I don't know why I'm being all cheesy now. But.... I kinda like it.
Ara left the room to take a shower. Thomas went down to the kitchen to grab something to drink. Jeron and I were left in the room, looking at each other. He sat down beside me on the bed and stared. Yes. He stared. For like 5 minutes. Yeah, it was that long. He winked at me and smiled. What the hell is he doing? If he's trying to kill me with that stare of his well, he's doing a pretty good job. I can't breathe. I can't take this any longer. I think I'm gonna burst. And just when I think things can't get any worse.... 'IT' HAPPENED. I blushed. Like a tomato. I can tell because he was laughing. At me. Again.
Jeron: You look so cute. *smiles*
Darn it. He's really killing me isn't he?
Jeron: Sana pala lagi nalang pasko.
Mika: B-Bakit naman?
("Uh why are you stuttering Mika?!")
Jeron: Kasi lagi ka ganyan. *chuckles*
Mika: A-Anong ganito?
Jeron: Ganyan. *laughs*
And then he stared at me again. I can't hide this anymore. I hugged him tightly.
