This is taking place in The Hunger Games, Mockingjay.

"Hey Katniss. When you were going to the first games, how did you hold your tears back? Like when you were going to the arena again, you cried after the announcement. Why?" My little adorable sister, Prim, questioned me at the hospital in District 13.

"I wanted to be strong for you and Mom." I replied back.

"Liar." Prim fired back.

"Fine. It was because if I cried, I would have drowned in my sea of tears. And if I drowned, I would have already been dead before the games. I would have been a goner, with no hope of survival."
