"Sweetheart, here's my graduation gift for you."

Binigay sakin ni Dad ang envelope and when I opened it, my jaw dropped. It was a ticket for 5 to Paris. 

"Dad?"

"It's a ticket for five so you can bring your friends and enjoy."

I was teary eyed. Yes I know, I'm a spoiled brat and a certified Daddy's girl. Whatever I want, kahit hindi ko pa hingin... my Dad knows what I want at agad niyang binibigay ito. Hindi ko na kailangan pang magdrama because I know I am my Dad's weakness at aminado rin naman siya dun. I just graduated from School of Fashion and Arts with Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design and Marketing as my degree. Kaya as a graduation gift my Dad bought me tickets sa dream ko, Paris, dahil alam niyang maeenjoy ko ito knowing that I really love fashion and of course shopping! Nung una ayaw ni Dad na mag-aral ako ng Fashion Design dahil hindi ko naman daw magagamit yun para sa negosyo namin. Ayoko naman talaga makialam sa negosyo nila, they're too serious. I love fashion and I know someday, I will be one of the top fashion designers here in the Philippines.

"Thank you Dad! I love love love you! You're the best Dad in the world!" I was jumping like a kid while hugging and kissing him. 

"Anything for you sweetheart, just don't forget after your trip to Paris... you'll start your training in our company, okay?"

"Argh! But Dad, I really have no idea about our business. Kaya na ni Kuya yun, I'll have a different direction."

"No, sweetheart. I'm not getting any younger kaya habang mas maaga mabuti ng malaman mo yan. And don't use your puppy eyes on me again, because I will not fall for that anymore!"

"Can we just talk about this when I get back? Let's just prepare for your birthday party tonight Dad. Dapat ikaw ang pinaka gwapo mamaya. Kaya let's go ako na ang mag-aayos ng isusuot mo."

Nagsimula na kong magprepare for tonight. Sigurado ako marame na namang bisita si Dad na business partners niya and for sure ipapakilala nanaman ako sa mga anak nila. Ang hirap ng ganto na ipipilit ka sa ayaw mo. Hindi naman sa hindi sila gwapo pero kasi hindi nila alam na maganda rin ang gusto ko. Yes, I've known I was into girls during High School dahil galing ako sa all girls school para daw makaiwas ako sa mga boys. Ang hindi nila ineexpect ay mahihilig ako sa babae. Dun ako nagsimulang nagka first crush, first love, at first heart break. 

I'm a hopeless romantic person at kahit marameng umaaligid sakin, I only have my eyes on one girl. I take love seriously dahil ayokong ako mismo ang mapaglaruan. I invited her tonight and hoping na I will finally confess what I feel for her. 

Ngayon lang ako nakaramdam ng sobrang kaba sa buong buhay ko... Hindi ko alam. Dahil ba sa magcoconfess ako ngayon? I guess not dahil hindi naman first time to para sakin. Feeling ko lang may kakaibang mangyayare ngayong gabi. Sinundo ko siya sa lobby ng hotel and I just can't take my eyes off her. She really is beautiful.

"You look stunningly beautiful."

"Same as you Lara, you look pretty in your dress. I guess you designed it. " sabe niya and I just smiled.

I guided her to the balcony hoping I can start the night with my confession at baka mawala na ang kaba sa dibdib ko na hindi ko alam kung bakit. 

"I've been having this feelings for you lately and I know this might be too soon but I can't help myself... I like you... No, I guess I'm starting to fall in love with you. "

I just stared at her. She just smiled not saying anything. I guess that's positive kaya I was slowly leaning closer at unte unteng naglalapit ang mukha namin to kiss. Lalong lumalakas ang kaba sa dibdib ko.
