I Didn't Notice You Before

My alarm went off, but I didn't want to get up and get dressed. I hate school, I am kinda popular but no one knows I am dying inside. Eventually I got up and hopped in the shower. When I got out of the shower, I went to my closet to pick something out. I put on concealer, foundation, eye shadow, mascara, and a touch of blush. I picked out my brown boots, grabbed my backpack and went downstairs to the kitchen.  I grabbed an apple and went out to my car and drove to school.  I got out of my car and went into school and met up with my best friend Sarah. She is a beautiful, strong, shy girl who doesn't really like to talk to new people. I went my locker grabbed my books and went to class.  My first class is science.  My first thought was "oh joy science".  I ended up falling asleep in the back of the class.  The bell rang and I jumped. I grabbed my books and went to my locker.  As I was at my locker a boy ran into me.

"I'm sorry Jessica" Alexander said

"It's alright, but, how do you know my name?" I said

"We have been in the same class for three years." He said.

"Oh, I'm sorry that I didn't know that you knew my name, Alex" I said being surprised.

"It's okay. So, how-" the bell rang as Alex was trying to ask me something.

"Here's my number text me sometime" He said while he was walking away. I walked into history and sat in the back of the classroom, so I wouldn't get called on. The second bell rang and ten minutes later Nic walked in.

Mr. Gonzales said " Your late, Nic"

"I know" Nic said as he walked to the back of class and sat right next to me. I couldn't help but stare at him. He caught me staring at him and gave me a cute smile. I looked away and was thinking about him the entire class period. The bell rang and as I got up to walk out the door someone bumped into me and I fell back, but as I was falling back I felt warm, strong hands catching me.  I looked up and saw it was one of the bad boys, his name was Nic Parker.

"Hey, thanks for catching me." I said nervously.

"Don't worry about it. Your name is Jessica, right?" Nic said.

"Um... yes" I said.
He stared right at me for a long time, and then walked away. I walked out to my locker with a huge, idiotic smile on my face. After three more classes it was time for lunch. I went into the cafeteria, got my food and looked around for a place to sit, but there wasn't any room anywhere, so I went outside. I sat under a cherry blossom tree, put my food down and just sat there looking at the sky. Suddenly I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned around to see Nic.

"Is this seat taken?" Nic asked.

"Not at all" I said.

"Why aren't you sitting with anyone?" He asked

"I don't really have any friends here" I said.

"Where's your friend, Sarah?" He asked.

"She goes out for lunch" I said.

He had sympathy in his eyes towards me.  He started to eat and so did I.  After lunch I went to all my classes.  After school, as I walked to my Lamborghini, Nic tapped me on my shoulder and I turned around. He gave me his number and told me to text him tonight. When I got home I went upstairs and started my homework until I got bored and stopped. My phone buzzed and looked down and it was Nic (aka. Hottie)

What's up?
   To: Hottie
Homework wbu?
   From: Hottie
Nothing.
This continued until three in the morning. I fell asleep dreaming of him and his perfectness.
