Chapter 1: The Awakening

When a witch is born, there is a huge party. Celebrating an increase in the covens power, and the great bundle of joy being born into the world. But this witch, Adelaide, shunned and banished by her coven was alone in giving birth. There was no celebration, just a constant fear of the covens retribution. In her covens terms, she had broken the most important commandment. No breeding with other supernatural creatures. Adelaide was mated to an Hybrid. And now their scared for their lives and the life of their hybrid baby, who is unwanted in the witch, vampire, and werewolf communities.

And now with Alex by her side, she is giving birth to their child.

And this child bears her own prophecy.

''Concentrate Adele, feel the particles that make up your being separating. Touch! No! Graze your source of power. Force it to do your bidding" my grandmother commanded, as she pace around my still form.

I breathed in and out, reaching inside of me, and grazed the source of my powers willing it to do what I commanded it to do. Tingles electrified my arms as the power within me followed my urgings. Then I felt a weight lift off my shoulders, and suddenly felt lighter. Like I could fly away.

''Adele you did it! You conquered the Invisibility Test in half the time it took me. Your a natural. A true prodigy" she said as I finally opened my eyes looking at my beaming grandmother.

"You really can't see me?" I asked looking at my arms as I held it up to my eyes seeing nothing.

''I really can't, but now you have to change back. This is the hardest part of Transitioning. You have to imagine your particles coming together to form you".

I did as she instructed, imaging every atom of my body coming together, forming molecules, than forming me.

"Congratulations Adelaide Mater Reginae. You are now a part of the order. Your Formal Test are now complete".

"Welcome into the fold" my grandmother announced loudly to the other witches of the Order; who came to see the transitioning. I was welcomed to a standing ovation from my peers and the women of the Order.
My name is Adelaide and I'm the High Priestess of the Witches Daughter. And now after so many years of Higher Witches Learning, I am finally apart of the Order.
