Morro walked up the concrete steps to the main doors of the university, hands in his green coat pocket, hesitant to open the doors. As he slowly the opened the doors to the building he noticed many other people inside, in their own groups talking and chatting among themselves, taking no notice to him. He slowly made his way down the hall, avoiding the large groups of people. He noticed few look at him, but none were interested in where he was heading. Many times he looked back to see if he were being followed, but only to see no one behind him. He began to calm down, decreasing his pace and taking a deep breath. He didn't feel safe in this hellbent school, and there was no reason for him to feel happy here. What do they expect him to do, find friends and fit in? No, that's not what these others students are about. They don't care what your past is, or how you've changed since you were five years old, all they care about is breaking you down and finding your week spot. Then of course, they expose you, and give everyone a reason to hate you by either spreading lies or telling the truth. Any way works, but most of the time, telling the truth gets you into the most trouble. Morro barely realized he'd been followed by the time he made it to his locker. Unsurprisingly there was writing on his locker in dark red. He didn't know if it were spray paint or lipstick, and he didn't have a chance before he was suddenly shoved against the locker, forcefully being turned around and pinned against the hard metal doors.
"Well well, didn't think I'd see you again,"
That hard voice, the tone, the accent. There's no mistaking a voice of an American.
"Sorry to disappoint you." Morro said, earning a punch in the gut.
"Oi, Shut yer' trap ya' musky varmint."
Ah, the sweet sound of a Scottish accent. No one told him that they let Allistor join their little gang of football thugs.
"Easy there boys, I don't want him to damaged or my daddy's gon' ground me, you hear?"
Dammit, Morro wanted him to shut up. The hell was his daddy gonna do? Tell Morro to stick up for himself? He hated that sick English bastard. Some excuse for a principal. The other boys let Morro go, walking back to their leader.
"Now let's get one thing straight, Morro,"
He began, playing with his tie. Morro looked at him, and unamused look on his face.
"You act normal, we treat you, well, like a normal human. You don't, we'll have to start scheduling daily meetings to teach you a lesson. Got it?"
Morro looked at him in disgust, glancing at him and his posy. He was reluctant, but finally nodded.
"Whatever you say,
Alfred."
