That felt great!

"Angela! Did you just do that? Where's my sister and what have you done with her?" Alex said, walking to me, clapping his hand. "Proud of you sissy." He clapped my shoulder.

I took a deep breath and exhaled through my nose. I looked at spotted marble floor, mainly at the small dot of Chris's blood that littered in front of my shoe. I never been as angry at person before. "Did I really just do that?"

"Yes. Someone had to give him a reality check. He has changed into something wicked. Just like Madeline minion."

"Unfortunetly yes. But I have more to say and definetly ask but I'll save that for another time."

The guy that was stopping over by Arielle's door came up to Alex and I. He had such beautiful hazel eyes. His high yellow skin was vivid against the flourescent lights above. I saw his jet black curls under his red hoodie. He was quite tall atleast 6'2. What am I talking about, I'm 5'9.

"Uh. Thanks for standing up for my sister. I'm Arjun, Arie's older brother. I would of killed that guy if I knew who he was." he chuckled deeply, a hint of seriousness lingered inside. Jaw clenching, Arjun held out his right hand from his pocket.

"No problem. I'm Angela. And this is Alex, my twin." I said, shaking his hand. His grip was gentle and his hand was smooth. I had to stop the urge of rubbing his hand with my thumb.

"Hello." Arjun said to Alex. He nervously bit the side of his lip as he texted someone. Why did he do that? His left lip piercing poked out. This guy is too fine.

"Cool." I shyly smiled at him. I was thinking of some small talk to pass time.

Arielle was in rushed into surgery when she came, so we are still waiting for news or update. Her parents were in the room. Mrs. Patel was sleep on a couch when I came her face full of dry tear stains. Mr. Patel was praying silently with his wife on his shoulder. I saw at least one tear fall down his face when I came in to greet them with Alex.

Arjun was leaning against the wall on his iPhone. Alex and I wearing sitting on a red couch in the waiting area of the floor near the elevators.

"So. Which one of you is older?" Arjun looked up from his phone.

"Me!" I gleamed. I love when people ask that question because it makes Alex the baby he is.

"Whatever. She was born only 20 minutes earlier. Big whoop!" Alex rolled his eyes while texting whoever.

"Don't be jealous." I flipped my straighten hair over my shoulder like a boss. See what I mean? Baby.

Arjun laughed to himself. His hoodie fell off his head. Revealing small black gages in his ears. Arjun's haircut was cut in a small fade. Arielle's parents have some amazing genes...

"You know what they say about the oldest sibling?" Arjun looked straight at me with those hazel orbs of his. My face was heating up.

"What?" I smirked.

"The older, the sexier." he smiled and walked away as he began talking to someone on the phone.

Arjun just flirted with me!

"Stop gushing like a damn idiot." Alex laughed loudly.

I felt my cheeks with my hands. I was blushing extremely hard. He is so smooth.

"I'm not!" I'm covering my face by now.

"Yeah, you're right. He's trying to lighten up the mood of the day. You aint that cute." Alex smirked and I punched his shoulder.

"Shut up." I smiled. It felt good to smile after the day of events. I'm just hope the day does end with a positive note, Arielle is alive.

"Her central vein was semi cut this cutting caused a large amout of blood loss. Her stress caused projectile bleeding making her become unconcious immediately. In surgery we were able to prepare the vein that was hanging open by mere hope. Has she been drinking any water?,"

"Ms. Patel's vein were quite small and weak to be repair but it was a major success. Her immune system was very high count in white blood cells and was quickly repairing the slit vein. The skin around her vein was removed in order for proper healing. So, vein is open to all types of bacteria. Make sure she changes her gauze every day to prevent so. Her stitches will dissolve in 3 months. We will need to do an x-ray of her wrist in 2 weeks to check updates of vein.,"

"Don't let her carry anything at all on her left hand. It will be too streneous of an excerise on her vein. We gave her a sedative for rest. She will be discharged day after tomorrow for monitoring. Overall, Ms. Patel is just fine. Just let her drink more water to thicken the vein wall for better healing." The doctor said as she stood with proper posture.

"Thank you so very much, doctor. Really thank you." I saw my father shake her hand. Then my mother hugged the life out of the woman. I see the pain in their eyes of my baby sister's suicidal attempt.

When I got that call, my heart dropped. I almost fainted in my interview with a potiental shop seller. You know when people say expect the unexpected? I'm not a person to expect my sister to almost die. No. Like my baby sis shouldn't be in a hospital bed. Why is this happening? I should of notice something, right? As a brother I should be talking to her more often and ask her how her day was. Those simple things can go a long way. Selfishly, I don't even do so very much.

"Arjun can you go pick up Mijo from Ms. Nelson's please?" my mother said softly. She smiled slightly which made me hug her when I got up. Haven't see my mom since she got here. I know she still sad about Ari but at least she is alive and healing.

"Arielle is gonna be fine, ma." I whispered.

She sniffed and nodded into my chest.

"I know."

We let go and I leaned down to kiss her forehead. God, she like a child's height. I think she and Ari is the same. Such midgets.

"I'll watch Mijo. You guys can watch Arie." I told my mom and dad. I hugged him.

"Arjun, you sure?" he asked.

"Yeah, Pops. It's cool." I clapped a hand on his shoulder.

My mom spoke up to Alex and the cutie Angela.

"I'm sorry I had to meet you two on these circumstances. Angela, Alex are you guys staying here or...?" my mother said sweetly.

"I'll drive them!" I piped. They whipped their heads around to me. Like I had three heads. I'm being friendly here!

"Really? Um, thanks." Angela said standing up with Alex in tow.

My parents and the twins said their byes as I kissed Arielle's cheek. She looked so pale. Her hair a shriveled mess. But what mostly caught my eye was her wrist. A big piece of gauze laid around it with miniature scars outside of it. She's been doing more than once? Oh no. I need to toughen up my sister. I can't let her fall down a path of self-destruction. But first I want to talk to this Chris guy and teach him a valuable lesson.
