This is your older 17 year old self writing to you, and I am a junior. In my AP English III class I wrote this poem a while back and I just wanted to share it with you.

Penny for your thoughts? No, not that thought, the one about this problem. You're the smart one, the one with all the answers. So, penny for your thoughts? The smart one does not feel emotion, the smart one does not procrastinate, does not stop. The only quality worth remembering is the one that involves the mind, the one that can only be loved or hated, no in between. Penny for your thoughts??
