Zayns p.o.v.

*One Week Later*

"I didn't think you guys would come visit me" I said.

"Why wouldn't we" they asked in unison.

"I don't know" I mumbled looking at Harry and Louis.

"Zayn your still our bestfriend" Louis smiled.

"Thanks Lou,"

"So why are you really in here..." Harry asked.

"Um...I'm being charged for attempted murder" I mumbled the last part.

"That's ridiculous" they said in unison.

"So you guys believe me that I didn't do it" I asked.


"Of course we do" Harry said Louis nodding.


"Thanks guys" I smiled.

"Zayn" Rachel came rushing in.

"What" I asked.

"Niall called the attorneys office and they told him the real reason" she said.

"Shit" I screamed.

"Zayn relax we got this" Harry said.

I hugged and thanked him and Lou and they were gone.

Niall's p.o.v.

"Hello Holmes Chapel Police Department" a voice answered.

"Hi I'm Niall Horan and I was just wondering why my boyfriend Zayn Malik is being charged" I asked.

Malik...Malik...Oh yes! Mr.Malik is being charged with Attempted murder"

My heart broke.


(AN/ real fast I know that they don't let you call and tell you and they don't let you touch on visits but screw it )



"Does that help" they asked.

"Yes-yes thank you" and with that I hung up.


Murder.

Zayn couldn't of even tried to murder somebody could he?

Well he was violent. He beat me for four years.

I need to leave.

I grabbed a bag and packed some clothes and some money from my old job thing.

I grabbed my keys and left a note.

I'm not coming back anytime soon so they need to know I wasn't kidnaped of something.

"Harry come in here" Louis screamed.

We are currently searching Niall and Zayn's dorm looking for Niall but no sign.

"What" I asked and noticed he was holding a half-torn piece of paper. "what is that"

"A note from N-Niall" he said.

"What does it say" I asked.


"He's gone"
