Chapter 2- Not Yokai but Monsters

"Because Reimu puts trust in this human and we have no way back we have no choice." She said and headed outside with Patchouli following silently. Finally the two shrine maidens jumped down and observed the surroundings.

"Saitama-san why are you in the ground?" Sanae asked. Reimu looked down and nearly jumped when she only saw Saitama's head.

"I got pulled down, there's something in the ground." Saitama said. A giant explosion rocked the area causing the group to look in surprise. It was a metal gorilla and it looked a lot like Genos.

"A cyborg." Genos said and glared.

'Could this be the cyborg Genos-san talked about?' Sanae thought.

"You are not the target." It said in a robotic voice. The creature moved at an intense speed towards them. The girls managed to dodge a few feet away, and Genos blocked the incoming arm.

"Those in the way shall be eliminated." It declared.

"I've heard that line one too many times." Reimu retorted.

"I have a few questions for you." Genos said and glared. He noticed something in the corner of his eye, something along the line of a large beast.

"Sensei!" He called. Reimu noticed this beast as well.

"You dare look away? Quite courageous!" The cyborg exclaimed and went in for a powerful attack.

Sanae got her gohei out, "Spell Card: Prayer "Charm of Good Commerce!" She casted her spell card and used her holy magic to send a barrage of charms at the gorilla. He sensed the incoming and got out of the way. Genos looked sort of alarmed at this, never had he seen this kind of attack before.

"Those who stand in the way of the House of Evolution shall be eliminated." It declared.

"What's this House of Evolution?" Sanae asked. The gorilla ignored her question and charged. Sanae just fired more of her prayer slips that landed direct hit. The gorilla refused to falter and tried to land a powerful swing.

'It takes about a few minutes until I can use another spell card.' She thought. A wave of fire stopped the giant beast in its tracks. Genos phased next to it and landed powerful punches . Sanae just stared in awe and watched as Genos beat the creature until it couldn't stand.

'I didn't really need it, but I think he just saved me.' Sanae thought.

On the other hand, while Sanae was with Genos, Reimu was with Saitama. She fired prayer slips at a big lion creature that exploded on contact.

"Beings here are just as powerful as Genoskyo's but not as strong as me." She commented. The lion appeared through the smoke and tried to slice her with its gigantic claws.

"Fool! You stand no chance against the second most powerful beast of House of Evolution! The Beast King!" It declared and sliced again. Reimu dodged and landed on the ground. Her instincts kicked in and she flew up a few feet dodging what looked like a mole.

'She can fly?!' Saitama while watching the whole fight.

"She evaded the ground dragon huh?" The beast mumbled.

Reimu threw more of her prayer slips at the beast who only dodged.
"This is taking too long." Reimu mumbled. She flew to the ground wary of the mole below her.
