Chapter 2

Hey guys, so here's chapter 2. I want to thank a good friend of mine linsey for giving me the names of some of my characters, couldn't think of any for the life of me, stupid writers block.

Laker's pov

Tomorrow is my 16th birthday, I'm so excited!!!! My dad has arranged a birthday party for me and there will be people from all three packs in the district. I've got all my BFFs staying tonight, kate, Alana, Scar, June and Roxy.

We decided to start our party prep tonight, we've painted each others nails, had facials, picked out our outfits and everything that we can do the night before a huge party. All of the unmated males from the three packs will be there among everyone else, most likely I will find my mate tomorrow night and I cannot wait!

-7am on lakers birthday-

"Wake up you, heyyy lake wake the fuck up already your 16!"

Urgh why does Alana have to be so fucking loud in the mornings, she practically screams in my ear for me to wake up.

"I'm up, I'm up."

I reply sleepily to Alana who's sitting on my bed smiling like mad. Then reality sets in and I remember what day it is.

"Ahhhh I'm 16 bitches, get the fuck up the lot of you. This is my big day and you lazy lot ain't gonna spoil it by sleeping all day"

Okay so maybe I'm a little over excited but c'mon I could meet my mate tonight, I hope he will love me.

"We are already awake dumbass!"

They reply in unison, it's scary when we say the same thing but when you spend as much time together as we do you start finishing each others sentences!

"Okay no need to call me dumbass."

With that said I storm off into the bathroom to have a shower, I wash my hair and use my special moisture locking conditioner just so my hair will be extra soft for the party, I shave everywhere and exfoliate. I step out of the shower and I can hear the girls mumbling about something, I go out into my room and there's a huge stack of chocolate chip pancakes on my bedside table.

"SURPRISE!!!!"

They scream in unison, chocolate chip pancakes are my absolute fave and my girls now it. I run over and hug them as hard as I can while holding my towel in place, we are fine being naked around each other because we've been friends for so long, but hugging while naked isn't right.

"OMG guys I love you so much, this is the most amazing present ever!!!!!"

"Well we know they are your favourite lakey"

Oh my, Kate and her nicknames.

"Thanks guys"

- 2 hours before the party -

We start getting ready for my party, we have to look HOT for all the unmated wolves that are going to be there and hopefully one of them is my mate!

The girls help me do my hair so it is perfect, poker straight with my side fringe sitting just right. I do my make up making sure that I look sexy, deep red lipstick, mascara and black eyeliner, I use enough eyeliner to make my bright green eyes pop. I wear a white chiffon shirt that falls off one shoulder, tight black skinny jeans and black heels!, my jet black hair goes past my breasts and it makes the outfit complete. I see Kate come into my room and stop mid stride.

"Holy shit lakerson you look hot, I am so fucking jealous of your curves!"

"Me what about you katiebell you look like a model in that dress."

Kate was wearing a plum coloured mid-thigh length dress, it gathered under her breasts then floated down over her stunning figure. Her hair is curled and she just looks amazing!

"C'mon Laker lets go socialise, maybe if Drake is lucky he can get a dance."

We step out of my room and head towards the grand staircase, my family have a big house but the pack house is bigger, when we are standing at the top of the stairs I stop and look over the people, he's here I can sense it.

'Let's go find our mate'

'Hell yeah laker, I know he's here I can feel it. I can't wait.'

Me and Kate walk down the stairs, there are guys whistling all around us, people shouting "happy birthday" and "damn they look good", I do love being the centre of attention.

While we wander through the crowd greeting people I smell the most amazing smell ever, chocolate chip pancakes and vanilla, it's intoxicating. Then I see him staring at me and I hear Renae howling and shouting "MATE" at me, oh I am one lucky bitch.

So how are you guys? You excited to see who lakers mate it? Cause I can't wait to write the next chapter. Being sick has its advantages sometimes, one of which being I have more time to write.
