Intro to Mooseman

Mooseman is a recurring character in
Noob rps. It's is often depicted walking
Extremely fast and occasionally pointing at a random person. The only thing that really makes him dangerous is standing way too close to the front of him or walking into his path while he's speed walking because he will attempt a grapple. But this will all be explained later so enjoy!
