Chan POV
I woke up in a dark room. I saw another person in there... But who was it??
"A... Alonzo? Alonzo, is that you? ALONZO!"
No answer. There was a light shone on the body. Dead. Her face covered up with a black substance.
The secretary Amber. Dead. A good friend was, for sure, lost today.
I had to get out.
Korey POV
I was running down the hallway trying to find Andi, Chandler, and Alonzo. I saw it.
The Synthezoid.
I heard footsteps patting on the grate.
Running. Andi and Alonzo were running from the Synthezoid.
"Follow me!" We ran into Noah's lab and locked the door. Only a fingerprint and retina scan will allow you to go through. Maybe that will hold him back. We shook Noah awake.
Noah POV
I knew I was in trouble, but I didn't know why! I was in a wonderful land, almost too good to be true!
"Andi! Alonzo! Korey! Chan! You guys are all here!"
"No, we are not."
"Wha-"
"No time to explain! Get up! WAKE UP WAKE UP WAKE UP!"
I took in a large breath of air.
Dusty air.
I remembered what had happened. The synthezoid. I was trapped under the pile of rubble with Korey, Andi, and Alonzo shaking me, telling me to wake up. I suddenly remembered the magnetization upgrade I put into my arm. I stretched my little stub out towards the mechanical arm.
It came flying towards me.
