All I could see was concrete and the grass beyond the concrete. My arm hurt, probably because I landed on it and it was in an awkward position. I heard a scream, but I couldn't move. I was paralysed. I felt someone pick me up gently, but even that little movement made my whole body hurt. Tears started flowing down my cheeks.
"You'll be alright, Rose. I swear as your brother, nothing will hurt you." a boy said. More tears flowed from my eyes as I looked back at the crashed car, which contained two people I couldn't recognize.
Someone took me from the boy's arms, and then all I saw was darkness.
