One minute, wind rushes against my back.
Pushing, supporting, on the straight away.
Heading to the curve, then right after, smack.
Strides are pushed away unlike yesterday.
Although my mental sentiment was wired.
Keep moving, maintain thought, stay persistent.
Gone, after the events not desired.
Once persistent, changed to inconsistent.
Success will not be received from staying.
Triumph has never revolved around you.
No more staying, waiting for betraying.
After a long while, a new view came through.
Your well-being came first, rather than mine.
Pleasure is seen crossing the finish line.
