The impossible (Rilaya)

Chapter 1.

Rileys pov.
I sit at my Assigned desk for History class and sadly my dad is my teacher. It was my first day at this new school as I used to be homeschooled because I had to learn to hide.. My secret. It was hard, I spent my whole life learning how to hide my secret and now I'm 16.

I sit at my desk playing with my pencil in my hand staring at the large text book in front of me as my father talks about stuff I'm sure no one actually cares about, apart from a boy behind me waving a Belgium flag with the weirdest hair style you will ever see.

All of a sudden there was a loud sound of the door opening and shutting which made my head look up. In came a Blonde haired  girl with ocean blue eyes.

"Your late Ms Hart." My dad says stern and glares at the blonde. "Whatever" She shrugs and looks at me and licks her lip but then shakes her head. Well that's weird.

"Whose the new chick" She says looking at me and in a flash she's in front of my desk with her hands on my desk looking at me in the eyes.  "That is Riley, and she's my daughter, so stay away from her Hart if you know what's good for you" my dad growls and I just sit there not knowing what to do. "you can't protect her forever Matthews" She says and She puts her lips to my ear and whispers "Even if you don't see me, I'm always here" She then goes over to her desk and and sits down, her leaning back with her feet on the desk.

"Get your feet off the desk Ms Hart" My dad says and she spits at him and it hits him on the face.

"Detention after school!" He yells at her and she laughs "You and me both know I never turn up". Before he could say anything else the bell rings and she gets up and walks out of the class with a smug look on her face.

I put my stuff in my bag and get up and look at my timetable seeing that I now have PE. I leave the classroom and start walking to the gyms changing rooms and go into the girls one. I pull out my Pe uniform which was Black shorts and a red T-shirt with the school logo on it.

I ignore everyone changing around me and start changing myself and once in done I put my normal clothes into my bag then tie my hair up in a ponytail.

I didn't realise I took so long that the changing room was empty and I was the only one left in here. I put my bag on my back and was about to leave when there was a black out in he changing rooms and I start to panic. Soon the light turn on and the blonde hair girl was in front of me.

"Boo" she says in front of me and I scream and fall down landing on my butt. She laughs and picks me up and pushes me up against the wall lightly. I knew I had to stay calm or else she would see the real me.

"Hmm Riley is it?" She says and she moves her head closer to me. I nod and she smirks. "You smell.. Different from other people" she says as she puts her face in my neck and starts licking my neck.

I bite my lip as she did that and then she starts running her teeth on my neck. It didn't feel like normal teeth though.. More like Fangs.

"If you survive this, I would be surprised" she whispers before she plunges her fangs into a vain in my neck but it only remains a few seconds before she pulls back with her eyes widen.

"your one of those mutts?!" She says as she spits on my ground. I let out a growl as my eyes turn yellow and my furry tail grows out of me and my furry ears pop out of my head and at same time my teeth turn sharp as it turns into wolf teeth and My fingers turn into claws.

The blonde girl looks at me and I look at her with a death glare. "Yes, im a werewolf, and judging by how you wanted to rip my throat apart, your a vampire?" I say in a deep voice.

She nodded "Yes, and since I know your name I might as well tell you my name, I'm Maya, Maya Hart." I nodded and I closed my eyes and clenched my jaw shut as I push my tail back into me and return my ears to my head, my claws turn back to fingers and form my teeth back to normal along with my eyes.

"you know, your hot in wolf form and human form" she winks at me and I couldn't help but blush. "I better go to class" I say and she nods and steps aside for me to leave. I walk out of the door and go to the back Field where my Pe class were.

"Your late Riley." My Pe teacher tells me and I nod "Sorry Sir." He nods and he says "Don't do it again or I'll make you run laps." I nodded and he then starts teaching.

"Doing we are doing sprints and long distance running as we have Athletic in a couple of week." He starts and the whole class groans apart from me. I don't mind running at all.

"You will be running 5 laps of this field for long distance and 500 metres for sprints." He says which makes the class groan again, apart from me of course. I mean I can do that with my eyes closed.

"First of all sprints, everyone line up across the tracks now" He says and I go over to the first lane while everyone spreads along. Half of the girls were freaking out saying they can't run or some people saying they are too lazy but I just yawn, this is easy.

"Take you marks" the teacher says and I walk up to the start line. "Set" he says slightly louder and I crouch down and put my hands on the ground ready to sprint. "Go!" He yells and everyone sprints, but I'm faster, a lot faster. I'm sprinting but this isn't my sprinting, it's just running and I get to the other end easy and I wait about 10 seconds before everyone else comes. I wasn't even panting like the others.

"Woah, your really good at running, for a girl" A good looking boy says in a Texas accent. "And what's that meant to mean?" I say slightly angry and he then quickly says "I just mean your really good, I didn't mean for a girl at the end". I growl "I don't care, it's annoying when boys think they are better than everyone, news flash your not, I bet your arse and I'm not gasping like you guys, so shut up" I say to him and glare at him while people around me whisper. Since I'm a werewolf I have super good hearing so I know what they are saying, most of them whispering that I will be in trouble now from him and bat he will hurt me but u would like to see him try.

The teacher obviously didn't hear me say those stuff because he says "alright class, it's long distance now." Again the whole class groans, I swear that's all my class does.

"Long distance is split into girls and boys groups. You will be racing your gender by age, since you are all the same age you will be racing, since I like the boys to be gentlemen, the boys will go first.

The girls started highfiving eachother while I step back out of the lane and decide to watch them.

After about 15 minutes of the boys running and of course The annoying Texas boy finished first it's now girls turn.

I line up again on the track with the girl and they are all jumping up and down scared and some saying they are going to run together when it's pretty obvious one of them is going to run ahead.

"On your marks" the teacher says and I go to the starting line. "Set" he says slightly loser like before and I crouch down, my fingers Touching the ground. "Go!" The teacher yells and I push myself up and start sprinting at the start to get in front of everyone and then I start normally running. Everyone was way behind me and I looked at the boys and the teacher from the distance and they all stared at me. I should probably slow down and act human.

I slowed right down till I'm pretty much walking and when everyone catches up I start running again. I still want to win.

I then see Maya sitting on the fence behind the boys watching us, but mainly watching me and that makes me have the urge to show off. I start sprinting again and keep doing that for the rest of the 4 laps till I'm the first across and I was panting like a tired dog. Oh wait, I am.

All the other girls still had 2 laps to go and everyone was amazed at how fast I was. "Alright everyone that has finished go get changed" my teacher says and I nod and head off to the changing rooms.
