We... have a stash of dance stuff. Ripped tights, old costumes, that magical place hair pins go when they disappear. I, personally, have a giant drawer full of costumes. In Space Bags. I have so many, it takes up a giant drawer, even when they're in Space Bags! And I have 3 regular sized drawers filled with pointe shoes. And toe pads. And loose lambs wool.
For you non dancers, all that stuff goes on our toes so they don't hurt as much. Though I have to say, sometimes it doesn't help much. So don't be surprised if you find ribbons and elastic bands and needles and thread around a house. That is the sign of a dancer.
Just, don't go looking for our shoes and costumes.
That's just an invasion of privacy.
