As the plane lands I find myself shaken awake buy my idiot brother gesturing me to get up so we could get off the plane. Hi I'm Raelynn Scott and I just moved across the damn country. From previously living In California I wasn't exactly estaic that my dad got a job transfer to Orlando but it could be worse right? As me and my brother (who is 18 by the way) and our parents exit the airport I'm hit by the slightly cool air that's soon masked by the humidity. We jump into the white rental car with the few bags we had considering the rest of our stuff was brought here about a week ago. I take in the honestly beautiful surroundings as we head to our new house. This might not be so bad, I am a fairly social person although I don't like very many people I am very optimistic when it comes to new places and people , when we get to the house i notice a sleek black corvette in the driveway of our new neighbors and a tall skinny blonde guy jump out of the drivers side and it isn't until the sound of my phone hitting the ground rings in my ears the i realize i had been staring . great this guy probably thinks I'm a total freak now . " umm nemo you dropped your phone and you still haven't picked it up , you feeling okay ?" jace ( my brother ) chuckles from behind me . and yes he did just call me nemo , that was his nickname for me , although he gets on my nerves were pretty close ." yea I'm okay" i give him a small smile and pick my phone up that i knew wouldn't be cracked due to the practically bulletproof case my parents refuse to let me take off , probably for the better . after unloading our stuff from the car i walk upstairs to the room i had " called dibs " on it was a decent sized room , it had a private bathroom and a window on the side facing the side of neighbors house that had i guess another room with a window facing mine . unpacking took what felt like an eternity and i was just glad i didn't start school for 2 more weeks. 2 more weeks of summer . 2 weeks to explore and find my way around the city and take some pictures , because that's just what i do ya know. I'm drowning in thoughts that leave my head swirling when i hear a loud noise coming from the direction of my window ,getting up to see what could possibly be going on at what 1:30. i turn to look at the clock i have on my desk 3:45. well of fucking course. looking out the window i see the guy from earlier and my throat gets dry when he looks up and we make eye contact .well shit why am i so damn awkward . the blonde starts walking to the window .oh no what do i do . he opens his window and gestures for me to do the same . " hi sorry i hope i didn't wake you up " he pushes his slightly long hair to the side and gives me a sorry look with the most beautiful brown eyes I've ever seen " no your fine i was already up , you okay over there " i offer a small smile earning the same from him " yea thanks , you just moved in right ?" he asks in a slight whisper not wanting to wake anyone " yea , I'm Raelynn " " oh well hi your gonna love it here , i hope " he chuckles " I'm noah " he flashes a bright smile before saying that we should hang out tomorrow and then waving goodbye . well that was strange , why would someone like him wanna be friends with me what the hell is this i kinda laugh to myself before laying down in my bed scrolling through twitter before i passed out .
