"Baudelaires, you will cook, clean and-"
He is cut off by looking at the gorgeous girl.
"Snicket, what have I told you about tucking in your shirt!"
the Count says furiously at the girl.
"Sorry sir."
She says and tucks in a loose part of her white shirt into her skirt's rim.
"Snicket, go take the orphans to their room. I was GOING to, but you made me in a bad mood."
She nods and makes her way up the stairs. We follow her and I look at her hair. It's white with dark roots. It looks lovely, but strange.
"This is your room Baudelaires. I'm sorry, but the Count made you all share a room. My room is across the hall and you guys get the day off today. Work starts tomorrow, because the Count forgot you were coming today, so I was scheduled to do all the chores. Any questions?"
She sounds so professional and mature, but she looks only about 14. Voilet shakes her head no, but then I ask,
"What's your name? My name is Klaus."
I greet her and extend my hand for a hand shake. She shakes my hand, smiles, and replies,
"Heidi."
"I'm Violet and this is Sunny."
I hear Violet say and shake her hand also. She smiles and exits the room. She's closet thing to perfect, and I wonder, how she's kept her beautifulness in this treacherous place?
