Maddie's P.O.V
I have a day of dance! This is my first day off in four months. I only get this day a couple times a year. So this time instead of practicing in the studio I invited a bunch of friends over that I only ever see at school. They will be here any second.
"Oh I'm so excited to see all of your little friends Maddie!" My mom said squealing as she walked into the living room as I sat anxiously.
"Yeah yeah friends and all that fun stuff.. Mom are you sure I shouldn't go to the studio and practice for anything I mean I have my bag ready, I can just cancel rig-"
"STOP!" My mom yelled.
"You need to learn to go without dance for a day. What if you hurt yourself and couldn't dance anymore? You wouldn't know what to do with yourself,"
DING DONG!
"Your friends are here maddie"
