Mist swirled around tall, green trees and water drops trickled down leaves as a miniature fire burned inside a small, pink tent in front of a forest.
Inside of the tent were two wolf figures, they were facing each other behind a tiny, wooden table. Placed on the table, on a little piece of painted cloth, was a small, glass ball.
The two figures wore long cloaks, one wore a chocolate brown cloak that symbolised a traveller, and one wore a cloak that bore every colour of the rainbow, symbolising a fortune teller.
"What is held in the future for my kingdom Adna?"grumbled the figure with the chocolate, coloured cloak.
Adna rose her head from the glass ball, she was a very beautiful wolf, with a coat of snow white fur and dark brown eyes. She smiled, showing her glinting, white, canine teeth. "O great Nathen, leader of the Granous tribe and ruler of Arbina, you have many good things held for you in the future. You will still have your people's trust. But I fear you also have downfalls in the future. Now, I have not looked far enough to see the mammoth problems, but I will look into it now."
Adna slowly dropped her head so she could stare at the ball properly. Nathen impatiently waited a few minutes until suddenly, out of nowhere, Adna screamed and fell to the back of the tent. "What is it?"Nathen growled, jumping strait up to his paws.
Adna's eyes were bulging, her pale whiskers were twitching rapidly, she was breathing heavily. It took a few minutes of waiting before her eyes and her breathing came back to normal, and her whiskers stopped twitching. She looked up at the angry wolf, his water blue coat ruffled and his hazel nut, brown eyes blazing.
"Your kingdom is in great danger"she whispered sternly." No, scratch that, the whole of Arbina is in danger."
"Well then, tell me what is causing this danger!"He yelled, getting in Adna's face."I will get past anything in order to help my kingdom."
Adna sighed." You will not be able to get passed this on your own, your majesty."
" I could ad leased try."
Adna frowned. "The fortune shows a terrible tragedy in your kingdom. The Conquerer, our most feared enemy, will unleash a meteor apron Arbina for his revenge. I do not know when though.
"No!" Nathen loud whispered. "Is there anything, any hope, for my kingdom. I will sacrifice anything to save it.
Adna weakly smiled. "There is one hope left, but it does not include you."
"So be it"
Adna slightly nodded then as though an invisible hand was pulling her, she began to float off the ground. Her eyes were glowing red and she started the chant," To save your world from a tragedy far beyond believe, you must collect these three travellers, one with fur as grey as ash and eyes as blue as the sky, one with fur as black as night and eyes as green as grass, and finally, a female, with fur as fine as silk and hair as red as a blood rose. Find these wolfs and tell them to go to these destinations,The Forest of the Dead, Ghoul Vally, City of the Snakes, Wail Ocean and Sorrow Mountain, then there might be a small hope that your kingdom to be safe.
As she floated back down to the ground, Nathen was bursting with energy. In fact, he was so determined, that he raced up, ran to Adna, kissed her on the cheek and ran back out, without another thought.
Adna stood there, dazed, she had never been kissed before and has never planed to, but right now, she has just been kissed by the prince!
She rose a snow white paw to her cheek. Smiling, she turned around and went to her room.
As for Nathen, he was racing to the palace. He had to get these three warriors before it is to late.
