Esmee Raven Dale, known as E.D. to most, did the same thing. She was known to never stray from her normal. This pleased her. Doing the exact same thing over again meant there was no room to fail, yet a certain boredom came with this pleasure. She never met new people, never tried new things, never made mistakes. Little did she know her quiet life was about to be flipped around.

~~~
Carefully, Esmee slid out of her dark purple quilted bed with a groan, something felt different. Ignoring the feeling, she sulked over to her walk-in wardrobe and yanked the doors open with all her strength. It was a white coloured, open room with rails and rails of clothes. Each section of the room had different styles of clothes; dark, slutty, summer, party and fashionable. She generally stuck to dark and slutty.
As she overly lined her eyes with black eyeliner, ED waited for her usual every day text from her best-and only-friend Morgan. The message never came, she waited and waited for the message to pop up on her black iPhone 5. Yet she ignored the voice in the back of her head that told her to panic. Esmee simply blared Pierce The Veil through her speakers and waited for the time to go to school.
Esmee's parents did not like her one bit, they spoiled her yet did not approve of her behaviour. So when a hand came around the door and slammed it shut, she was not surprised in the slightest. A car zoomed past her bedroom window, blaring some kind of popular song that she had never heard before. As she rolled her eyes her eyes took notice of the mirror in the bathroom. She walked over slowly. Her jet black hair was tousled perfectly over her eyes and her eyeliner was done perfectly yet Esmee didn't like what she saw. ED did not have high self confidence or self esteem and failed to realise she was actually extremely attractive. Shrugging it off she caked yet more makeup onto her blemish free face.
Her music stopped as she slipped on her black creepers and left her house, grabbing one of her sister's pancakes on the way out. She hopped on the yellow school bus, alone, and rode away.
Something definitely seemed different.
