Before you begin to read think about this for a second,what caused the problem? How can i fix this?
Once you have answer that the rest of this chapter would make sence to you. Do you have a accurate perspective on yourself? Think about a description of yourself: like your personality, positive character traits, and areas where you need to grow. Once you finished asked someone who cares about you to share their description of you. Where do they match? Where do they differ? What can you learn from this other person's perspective? After that think about how much do you accept the difficulty of Life? Ask yourself the following questions.

1.Do you often get frustrated by the unfairness of life?
2.Do you feel like most people have it easier or better than you do?
3.Do you believe you would be further ahaead if you gotten more advantages than you've had?
4.Do you often feel unappreciated or even looked for recognition?

If you answered yes to these questions, you have an unrealistic expectation about life and how easy it should be. It's normal to think that the difficulties you face are unusual and unfair. Recognizing that life is difficult for everyone will help you accept your own situation and figure out how to do well in spite of it.
