"I hate this" I heard the voice in my head say. "You can fix it and you know it" it said. I looked over at Jacob to see him looking right back at me. I quickly looked away and continued to talk to Maddie at the lunch table. I wonder if he's thinking the same thing?
We both know we can fix it. There's nothing holding us from fixing whatever happened. We just won't do it. The thing that I know though, is that if we don't fix this now, it will never get fixed. It will just get worse to the point that we know we can't fix it anymore.
"Just talk to him" I heard Maddie say, looking over at him. "I just can't figure out how" I said and she just looked at me confused. I shook it off as we left for lunch. I went down the hall opposite of where everybody else was going and walked towards the bathroom.
I was walking when all of the sudden I heard a familiar voice.
"I hate this" Jacob said, standing there like a statue.
