[y/n]'s POV

I was washing the dishes,it was early,the fox had gone to school with Nanami,I stayed home again.I blew a strand of hair away from my face as I scrubbed a plate,I didn't mind chores,I just wasn't used with them,also the fact that in the fox's eyes,everything I did wasn't good enough.But it didn't matter,I didn't care about his opinion anyways.

I only knew that Nanami had some kind of a mark on her arm,a mark that only a white snake would leave,the fox argued with her the whole night,that's the only thing I know,he was problably worried that he might lose another master.See,this is why I have decided to stop caring,I can't bear the feeling to always worry for someone,to always be afraid they might leave or get hurt.

I let out a loud sigh and pulled my arms out of the warm water,holding them above the sink for a few moments,watching how the waterdrops fell down from my fingertips.

I grabbed a bottle of sake from the 'secret' place the fox used to hide his sake,also his pipe,but I didn't smoke.I also took a cup and went out,carelessly sitting on the porch,pouring myself a cup of the tasty drink.

I let the sun warm my face and took a breath of fresh air.I liked days like this,they were nice.

The time had gone by fast,I had fallen asleep on the porch,it was comfortable,even if I was lying on hard,a bit stained wood.

I suddenly heard the door,someone came in.

I shuffled a bit,making myself more cozy,the sake had done its job well.

I heard footsteps,the fox's,here comes another lecture.I frowned at the thought.

He didn't say a word,only sat down with a loud thump and grabbed my sake cup,refilling it with sake.

I huffed,feeling a bit dizzy,I managed to sit up,I felt pain above my eyebrow,rubbing that place rakishly,throwing my slightly mad eyes at the fox,supporting myself with the other arm.

His face was...different.Nanami got kidnapped,huh?You could read it from his face.

I leaned forward,resting my elbow on my thighs,my chin on my hand.I looked forward,he didn't need my pity,not that I was going to support him,see if I care.

I peeked at him from the corner of my eye,my brow twitching.He looked too different,I was almost bothered by it,I was used with the irritated and angry fox,the one who always nagged with me.

I rapidly threw my eyes away,why did I suddenly care?Because he was worried and hurt?Because my mistress was kidnapped?

The air was too thick,even for me,there were always sparks flying between us,yet I couldn't bare this.

I rolled my eyes and let out almost a rasp breath,standing up and squeezing my hands into fists.

"Tch,are you coming or not?" I asked,my voice annoyed,a hint of anger in it.

He looked up,his eyes were clouded...and slightly surprised,he hid them right away.

I waited until he stood up and started marching away.

We found that snake,Nanami was with him,he was furious.

I had watched everything,how the fox destroyed everything.Almost everything.

He was about to destroy a tree which Mizuki was clinging on to.

Just before he could do that,I jumped in front of Mizuki and the tree.

"You can leave now,I'll deal with the rest." I said calmly.

The kitsune's face was angry and confused.

I turned around,squatting on Mizuki's level.

Mizuki's POV

I gazed into her bright (e/c) eyes,she didn't smile,but her expression was soft.

She then brought her hand to my cheek,wiping away the tears that prickled in the corners of my eyes.

"I'm sorry about your mistress Mizuki." she said softly.

"If you need company,you can visit me anytime,you don't have to be alone,okay?" her bangs that were tucked behind her ear fell on her face again,she didn't seem to be disturbed by it.

I finally nodded as a reply,being charmed by her beauty.

She suddenly plucked a red rose from thin air,handing it to me."Something Akemi teached me." she winked and stood up,giving me one more soft look before saying goodbye.

Tomoe's POV

I watched how (y/n) treated that snake ever so kindly,tch,he kidnapped Nanami,and she acts like that?!

She marched past us,not giving me a glance.

"Are you out of your mind!?" I scolded,rushing after her.

"Hmm?" she let out a questioning noise,still not looking at me.

"He kidapped Nanami!"

"And what has this to do with me?" she raised her eyebrows,still ignoring me

"She's your mistress!" I almost yelled.

"He hasn't done anything bad to me!" she stated confidentaly.

How could she say these kind of words?She really didn't care,did she?

She suddenly gave me a glare,her eyes were cold and stubborn,no sign of kidness.

She huffed as our eyes met and turned away.

Was she still angry about what I said before?I admit it,I didn't mean it like that,it just slipped out of my mouth,there were a lot of rumours about her,I just blurted out what came to my mind.But I couldn't apologize,why should I?She has been nothing but mean and stubborn,besides,I wasn't going to get my good image dirty.

Geez,she's such a handful.
