"Skye... Kr-" Skye interrupted her teacher, "Here." Her teacher nodded, looking around the room for any absences. The teacher, Mrs. Ferriozi, furrowed her eyebrows when she saw an empty desk. "Does anybody know who sits in that desk?" Mrs. Ferriozi sometimes forgot where her students sit. So she asked the class to see if anybody knew. Skye stayed silent, she mostly did. Especially since she forgot to do her homework and she knew she'd get in trouble. Tyler, the kid who sat behind Skye, raised his hand, "Isn't that Toby Rogers' seat?" He chuckled after his sentence. Skye knew about Tyler, he always bullied him and picked on him. Skye was to shy to talk to him.. Well, more or less anybody. She really felt bad for him, guilty even. Toby usually came everyday to school.. "Ah, yes, thank you Tyler." Mrs. Feriozzi smiled at him, looking grateful. Everyone was interrupted by the 1st period bell, and people started rushing out of the room. Skye being the "lucky" one, stayed in the room with Mrs. Feriozzi. A crowd of people rushed back into the room, it being the other students form other classes that be in the room. "Everyone sit down!" Mrs. Feriozzi yelled, standing in front of the class, looking terrifying as usual. But suddenly someone ran into the room, panting and almost dropping all their books. It was Toby. Mrs. Feriozzi glared at him, "Late again, Mr. Rogers? Do I need to call home?" She looked angry, and Toby looked exhausted and scared. "N-No, mam.." He mumbled, fixing his grasp on his books. Skye looked at him with a neutral expression, watching him trail of to his seat. Skye could hear silent snickers and, "Look at that loser!" behind and infront of her.
