This whole one shot is in Perrie's point of view.
I was waiting for Jade to arrive at my flat, I've already finished making tea for the both of us. She said she'd arrive at 8 pm to cuddle and watch some films as the other girls spend time with their boyfriends, it's now 8:30pm and she still hasn't arrived.
There was suddenly a light pound on the door. I ran quickly from the kitchen to the door to reveal the girl with the gray dyed hair. I smiled at the sight of her but my smile quickly faded away once I realized it wasn't just her at my doorstep. Damn you Jed I thought to myself. "Hello Perrie, I'm just dropping off Jade since we just finished our date" Jed said with a smile. Fuck off. "Oh well okay, hey um, Jade, are you coming in or...?" I said. "Oh sorry, I'll see you the next date Jed" she said as she placed a kiss on his cheek. Should've been me. As she walked in I quickly shut the door before Jed could say anything else.
"So, um... Are you two together? Or..." I said. "No, not yet, we're just going on some dates here and there" she smiled. Not yet? "T-that's um... Cute I guess" I quickly said. Why did I stutter? Ugh now it's obvious you love her. "You alright Pez?" She asked in a concerned tone. Damn it Perrie. "Uh.. I'm fine. Would you like a cuppa?" I quickly added. "Ooh that would be nice" she replied.
I walked into the kitchen and put both of my hands on the counter to catch my balance. You're going mad Perrie. How could I blame Jade? Who would want me? I can't keep a boyfriend, let alone a girlfriend. I remembered Jade's request and made two cups of tea and carried them into the living room. Jade was sat on the couch with her phone out, scrolling on Twitter. "Here ya go love" I said. "Thank you Perrie" she replied as she sipped the tea. "Anytime love" I said.
"What would you like to watch Jade?" I added. "We could watch Mean Girls or a Disney film" she suggested. "Disney it is. Which film?" I said. "Frozen" she suggested. I quickly nodded and put in the film. She then cuddled into my chest. Gosh she's so cute. During the film I couldn't help but look at her and admire her beauty. I think she noticed because she suddenly caught me and smiled. "You alright?" She teased. "O-of course " I quickly replied. " Good. Well since this film is done we should probably take our makeup off before we end up asleep while watching one of the other movies" she suggested. I nodded and led her into the bathroom.
I was done with cleaning my face but Jade wasn't. "Hey do you know an easy way to take off lipstick with staining my face?" She asked. "Yeah, this may sound weird but lotion does, here I'll help you" I replied. "Wow that really is weird" she giggled. I put some lotion on a cloth and lightly dabbed her lip. Her lips are so mesmerizing. I quickly grabbed some Chapstick to get rid of the lotion taste. As I was putting Chapstick on her lip, I couldn't help but kiss her lips. And that is what I did, her lips were soft and sweet. She then quickly and harshly pushed me away.
"Perrie! What on earth are you doing?!?!" She yelled. "I'm so S-sorry Jade! I didn't mean to it's just that when ever I'd put Chapstick on Zayn we would...." My voice slowly trailed off at the thought of Zayn. I haven't thought about him in a very long time. I then realized tears were pouring out of my eyes. Jade looked up at me with a guilty look. "It's fine Perrie, I get it. Sorry I yelled at you its just that it was weird because I didn't suspect you'd do that because we're just friends " she explained. Just friends.
She then gave me a hug then let go. "I'm just going to go to sleep on the couch now, yeah?" She said then quickly walked away. Damn it Perrie you never do anything right. I quickly ran into my rom and locked the door. I ran over to my bed and cried into my pillow. 'Just friends' kept repeating though my head. She will never love you back Perrie.
The only word that could explain how Perrie felt after that day was Bitter.
I know, I know it's terrible but I was like half asleep and in a really dark place in my mind when I wrote this. Message me some suggestions for Jerrie one shots please.
