I'm Just Done

By: Valerie Katlyn

Troubles are surfacing,

yet my writings are a lie.

You say I make up things,

I just want to slap you instead of cry.

You wonder what I'm thinking,

Damn straight, sometimes I do too.

Why would I want to share anything,

If what I even think isn't true?

You say you care,

You say you love to hear what I think.

But my writings are told to be;

Just plain and fake.

You wish I'd open up,

Sometimes I do too.

But thing is,

I'm NEVER sharing my thoughts with you.

You are suppose to listen to me,

You are suppose to give me advice.

All you ever do is irritate me,

How about you go and pay the price!?!

I'm tired of opening up,

Just to get shut down.

I'm tired of telling you how I feel,

Just so you can make me hit the solid ground.

Don't ask me how I feel,

Don't ask me my thoughts.

I'm tired of this bull crap,

You can go ahead and connect your fucking dots.

Because I'm just done.
