Chapter 1

" I'll be back in two months. I love you my sweet pea." My dad kissed my forehead and caressed my cheek.  God I was gonna miss him.
" I love you too, daddy. Have a nice trip." Yes. I am 17 and call my dad "daddy" get over it.
As my dad walked out the door I decided to go to my small tree house he and my mom helped me build when I was 4, I always go there to think since my mom was murdered.
I walked further and further into the woods after getting a bit of food and my cell phone. I was almost there when I heard a twig snap and I know it wasn't me. I quickened my pace because it was getting dark out so I wanted to quickly get out there, there were some blankets in the fort and I could just sleep there. I wasn't gonna get murdered like those idiots who stop to ask " who's there?"
I began climbing up the ladder when big arms engulfed me and I stood, paralyzed.
"Mine." An inhumane growl left the rock hard chest behind me as I was pulled into it with an unbreakable embrace.
"Let me go!" I said struggling to wriggle out of his grasp,
"Make me." he said with a glint of both playfulness and curiosity in his bright silver eyes
"I can't!" I said biting his hands and kicking his legs. He threw me over his shoulder to make it easier, I clawed at his back trying desperately to get him to let me go.
"Oh yes baby. Keep doing that!" He moaned jokingly and flipped me so I was bridal style in his arms and he carried me like I was a feather! I weighed 120 pounds! This isn't normal!
"Damn, looks like you're staying with me." He carried me off effortlessly further into the woods. I let out a loud scream and screamed again getting louder and louder I kicked and screamed until my voice was raw and I lay limp in his arms, I looked up and the outline of a smirk in the dim lighting is the last thing I saw before I let darkness overtake me. His eyes were black.
